Real Estate Expo to bring homebuyers and sellers together under one roof

Orlando, FL May 5, 2004 -– Real Estate Expo, the nation's only true consumer real estate show, will bring thousands of homebuyers and investors together to meet with developers, real estate brokers, lenders, interior designers and other exhibitors June 5 - 6 at the Orange County Convention Center. A similar Real Estate Expo held this January in Miami generated $11 million in follow-on sales in only 60 days.

"This is the only event that offers exhibitors a chance to meet one-on-one with thousands of qualified buyers and investors," said Paolo Sadri, Real Estate Expo's president and founder. "It's a great venue for generating leads and, ultimately, sales and closings. It also makes it easy for buyers to ‘shop the market' for homes, mortgages and related services without spending hours in the car or on the phone."

The event will be held Saturday, June 5 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 6 from noon until 5 p.m. Admission is free for those who register by May 5. After the deadline, the cost is $10. Tickets can be ordered in advance at www.realestateexpo.us or purchased at the door.
At least 2,000 home buyers and investors are expected to attend the show, which will feature 70 to 100 exhibitors, including home builders, developers, real estate brokers, title companies, interior designers, mortgage bankers and brokers, and home furnishing companies. Exhibitor packages cost from $1,500 (a 10-foot-by-10-foot space) to $7,500 (a 20-foot-by-20-foot space) and are described in detail on the Expo website. Companies that want to reserve space should call the Expo office at (305) 531-HOME (4663).

Real Estate Expo in Orlando will become an annual event and will be held this year in conjunction with Rental Expo. The 20,000-square-foot show, targeting the local renters market, will cater to leasing office representatives (apartments, condominiums and homes), movers, cable television and phone companies, and other businesses that service the rentals market.

Since its founding in 2002, Real Estate Expo has held shows in Miami, Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Other shows this year will be held in Monte Carlo, Monaco; Palm Beach and Tampa, Fla.; and Salt Lake City, Utah.

The expo in Monaco, set for May 20, will feature a gala reception for 200 affluent buyers and investors.

"The event in Monaco is an excellent opportunity for real estate companies and property owners to reach a large group of pre-qualified wealthy investors," Sadri said. "And with the strength of the Euro against the dollar, the timing couldn't be better for investing in real estate in the United States."

Real Estate Expo is the nation's only true consumer real estate show, putting national and international buyers, sellers and renters together, all under the same roof at the same time. Expo's are held annually in a variety of cities.

For a very reasonable investment, Real Estate Expo exhibitors gain significant exposure for their property or service. Because exhibitors are able to meet face to face with a large, but targeted, group of potential customers, they find it much easier to close sales, generate leads and network with other suppliers.
