High Tech Real Estate Company Enjoys National Attention

Albany, New York December 16, 2003--TechValley Homes Real Estate www.TechValleyHomes.com, located just outside Albany, New York, was recently featured in Real Estate Business, a national magazine for Brokers, Owners and Managers published by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.

The article, Working Without Wires, highlighted president Miguel Berger's use of technology in his high-tech brokerage and offered advice to other real estate agents interested in becoming more tech-savvy in their approach to doing business in the real estate industry.

This article follows a September article on Berger featured in Business Week, Office Help from Afar, where he was quoted on his use of Virtual Assistants, a relatively new industry of high-tech entrepreneurs offering their skills via the Internet to industries including real estate.

"Staying on the cutting edge of technology means I have more resources and more economical approaches to giving my clients the best possible service," says Berger. "Maintaining this edge means we have to work a little harder, but it makes life a lot easier for our clients. My agents and I are always looking for a better way and, in today's technology environment, we can often find it."

TechValley Homes Real Estate is an 18-agent brokerage and has been serving the Tech Valley region of New York since 2001.
